Birth month in, every remaining age-based federal milestone out, each with its date. Nothing typed leaves the reader's browser; the frame carries no signup and no tracking. In a frame it carries no cookies, no tracking, and a visible link back to the methodology. Your site has to allow frames; most do. The link that opens it in a small window is on the professionals page.

The rules, by age
The eleven ages that matter on the federal retirement calendar, with one line on what changes at each. The same for everyone; the tool only adds the dates.
The button shows exactly what your reader sees when they click the link. Paste the link where a link goes; it opens this table in a small window, always current as of the record, with the attribution and a link to the full page. Nothing to copy out, nothing to update later.

|---|---|---|
| 50 | Catch-up contributions unlock | Higher 401(k) and IRA contribution limits apply for this whole calendar year. |
| 55 | Rule of 55 and HSA catch-up | Leave an employer in or after this year and that 401(k) can be tapped without the early penalty. |
| 59½ | Retirement accounts unlock | The 10 percent early-withdrawal penalty on retirement accounts ends. |
| 60 | Survivor benefits eligibility | For those who have lost a spouse: Social Security survivor benefits can begin (reduced), while your own benefit keeps growing. |
| 62 | Social Security's earliest claiming age | The earliest Social Security claiming age. Claiming now is permanent and reduced. |
| 63 | The Medicare lookback begins | Income in this calendar year sets your Medicare premium at 65 (the two-year lookback). |
| 65 | Medicare enrollment window | Your seven-month Medicare enrollment window opens three months before your birthday month. |

Everything here reads from one reviewed record, so a copied piece carries its year and its review date. When the law moves, the embed updates by itself; a copied table or chart keeps the year in its caption. Corrections are welcome through the contact page.
